A proud Coast Guard veteran, Stephanie is a lifelong learner with an impressive educational background in microbiology, parasitology, IT, business management, and clinical assisting.
Stephanie leverages her diverse skill set to inspire enhanced performance and operational excellence among private practice dental offices. With her expertise in data-driven strategies, Stephanie has a talent for creating and implementing custom solutions that work toward each team’s unique goals, care philosophies, and strengths.
In addition to her professional work, Stephanie is the founder of The Great Lakes Smile Project Inc. The non-profit organization provides financial assistance to dental assistants and hygienists, allowing them to travel to Stephanie’s clinic in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. Through this initiative, she extends her passion for dental care and community service on a global scale.
