In March of 2023 Delta Dental sent me a cease and desist letter because I dared to tell the truth about their reimbursement games. They claimed I was being defamatory. My attorney, Rachael W. Let this be a lesson: Dentists & Patients deserve to know how insurance companies operate, and I won’t stop sharing the truth. If Delta (or any other insurance giant) thinks they can intimidate me, they’re in for a rude awakening.
